We understand that the additional cost for plywood was unexpected, and we know it can be frustrating. Unfortunately, once the old roofing materials were removed, the underlying decking issues sometimes are not visible until that stage, and replacing compromised plywood is necessary to ensure the roof is safe, durable and up to code. We always aim to communicate these situations as clearly and quickly as possible, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
