Professional and fast roof replace
We recently had our roof replaced and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The contractor provided a very competitive quote, and the service was fast, professional, and efficient from start to finish. The team was punctual, respectful, and left everything clean once the job was done. They were able to spot a few improvements i needed and made the changes right away. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality work at a fair price!
Great job by great people
We had a very solid experience with Ian and the A&D crew. Roofing is always tough to schedule with the weather here in Chicago so you've gotta be flexible, but they were very communicative. Roof and gutter crews did a perfect job and we get to enjoy the satisfaction of not worrying about our roof for the next 20 or so years

Ian was very helpful and knowledgeable of what he was selling. He came out to give a quote and was able to give a price before he left. I had 4 other proposals and decided to go with A&D and glad I did. They were very punctual and respectful of not just our property but also our neighbors. Awesome Experience
Ian was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Excellent communication, no gimmicks, straight forward and honest - and a very competitive price. He answered all my questions and kept me informed throughout the process. The crew was great, very conscientious and Walter, the foreman, kept me informed at all times. The job was done with excellence. My shed was part of the job and looks much better with it's newly installed drip edge (which wasn't there prior). The crew accommodated my request for a solar tube install and did a great job. A few sheets of plywood needed to be replaced, and my furnace chimney was cracked and needed to be replaced. Reasonable pricing and first rate communication. Overall, an excellent experience! Don't hesitate, just hire these guys!
Amazing work
I worked with Ian at A&D to have our roof and gutters replaced and he was honest and fair in providing a quote for us. His team for both gutters and roofing did an awesome job and they really were respectful of my landscaping. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know to get their roof and gutters replaced. They were very quick with the job and took the care to put tarp on my roof when it started to pour while they were working. They patiently waited the storm out for over 2 hours and went right back to work after it stopped. Cleanup was wonderful and I am just so thankful for their hard work and dedication to getting the job done. Thank you Ian and the foreman on the job each day for answering all of my questions and being so kind.
Fast, quick, and most importantly DONE RIGHT!
Fast, QUICK, AND DONE RIGHT! THE roof needed to be replaced within 5 years. It was curling and had some moisture problems. Although, the price slightly higher than the estimate, it was within the ballpark. The use of the GAF products eases my mind and these guys were on the ball, calling and messaging me the day of, we finally got the program rolling. The warrantee also a bonus!
GREAT JOB
We had the clubhouse roof and maintenance shed re-roofed. They got it done in 1 day. I was very impressed on how they cared for our property by putting tarp down, cleaning up after themselves and were very polite and professional. I would highly recommend them.
