Highly Recommended - Quality Person!
We have an old roof that was in need of replacing. Ian came out to our house at precisely the time he gave us. He was not pushy at all; I was never given the "hard" sell that a few other roofers we got quotes from gave us. He was very professional and matter of factly. He went up on our roof and took a look at everything going on. Once he came back down, he explained everything thoroughly along with examples of the materials that would be used. Ian was friendly and professional through the entire experience. The ONLY reason we ultimately did not go with Ian is b\c we had a family friend of a co-worker that gave us a GREAT friends and family rate, If you don't know\have someone out there with a roofing contact I HIGHLY recommend giving Ian a call to come out and take a look at your project, his prices are VERY, VERY good.
Chimney rebuild
Chimney was destroyed by another contractor. A&D came in and replaced it with a new chimney all in one morning! Excellent service and reasonable pricing!

New Roof
Outstanding experience. From the initial estimate to the finished job it was completed as promised. The estimate was accurate and I was informed of possible unforeseen issues that might change that estimate. So I came in with all the information and there were no surprises. There were some issues that were discovered and they were addressed as promised. The craftsmanship and attention to detail went above and beyond, very happy with my decision to go with A&D.
