Complete roof replacement with GAF HDZ shingles
I was fortunate to have dealt with Mike the owner of A & D. My roof was failing due to my exalt vents were venting directly into the attic and not outside. Mold had built up requiring the replacement of all sheathing. Mike came out on a Wednesday and provided a fair quote. I knew time was a factor as it’s getting cold here in Chicagoland. I told Mike I needed to have this done ASAP. Mike informed me that he will try and get a permit the following day (Thursday) and install my new roof on Friday. I initially thought he was joking. Fortunately, he wasn’t. Mike has a pleasant, laid back attitude and explained the reroofing process with facts and straightforwardness. There’s no hard sell just a man confident in his company. Long story short, from start to finish - 3 Days! The roof came out beautifully and I’m extremely pleased. So thanks again Mike and thanks to foreman Lucas and his crew, real professionals who are dedicated to doing the job right. I’m sure I will take advantage of the other services you provide.
